During my recent visit to the Lodge Inn for a gourmet getaway, I had the pleasure of exploring the culinary delights at Hotel Kristall's restaurant. the warm ambiance instantly set the stage for a memorable dining experience. Located a stone's throw away from Imwinkelried bakery and the renowned Restaurant des Alpes, the hotel's restaurant truly stands out. As someone who hails from London, renowned for its diverse culinary scene, I am always on the lookout for unique dining experiences. the restaurant at Hotel Kristall did not disappoint. However, I must note that despite advertising gluten and lactose-free options for breakfast, they were not readily available, which was slightly disappointing. The attention to detail in the presentation of each dish showcased the chef's commitment to culinary excellence. From the delectable appetizers to the mouthwatering main course, each bite was a flavorful journey through the Swiss Alps. the menu, featuring locally sourced ingredients, truly captured the essence of Alpine cuisine. my dining experience at Hotel Kristall was a delightful fusion of flavors and ambiance, making it a must-visit for culinary enthusiasts seeking a taste of Alpine excellence.
